Our story
Moreton Diving & Marine Contracting (MDMC) was established in Brisbane Queensland, commencing operations in 1989 and has continued to deliver excellent service for more than 33 years. MDMC is passionate about delivering exceptional service for our clients through high quality works, clear and timely communication and with a highly skilled dive team.
Our qualifications
Our Accreditations
All operations undertaken by Moreton Diving and Marine Contracting comply with Australian Standards for Occupational Diving (AS/NZS 2299).
Diving contractors are certified by the Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme and supervisors hold certification compliant with AS/NZS 2815.5 standard. All divers are qualified in general first aid and oxygen administration.
As well as strict compliance to our industry standards, at Moreton Diving and Marine Contracting we are happy to comply with our client’s workplace health and safety processes and procedures.

Joseph White
Director/ Supervisor/ Diver / Master 5
Joseph’s extensive history in the diving industry has allowed him to take his passion for excellent service delivery, quality improvement and diver education and put it at the forefront of Moreton Diving and Marine Contracting’s values. With 23 years of experience as a diver and supervisor Joseph is a dynamic problem solver and is always looking for the next innovation whether it be in the field or within process.

Georgia White
Operations
Manager
Georgia manages operational work associated with quality management, resource development, community engagement and administration. Georgia’s role at Moreton Diving and Marine Contracting ensures our processes and policies are effective, efficient and transparent. Her work, in collaboration with the director sees MDMC constantly evolving to meet client requirements and see our Dive Team deliver excellent services.
Frankie Dunne
Operations
Assistant
Frankie plays a key role in supporting the operational and quality management activities at Moreton Diving and Marine Contracting. Working both on-site and behind the scenes, Frankie is responsible for digitising systems, supporting ISO accreditations, and driving the company’s continuous improvement plan. Their contributions ensure that our processes and policies remain efficient, transparent, and aligned with industry best practices. Collaborating closely with the director, Frankie helps MDMC adapt and evolve to meet client needs while empowering the Dive Team to consistently deliver high-quality services.
